Character:Bob Ogden

Bob Ogden was the Head of the Magical Law Enforcement Squad. He wore thick glasses that made his eyes look like specks.

Bob went to the Gaunts' house in Little Hangleton on Ministry business: he was in charge of summoning Morfin to a hearing for having performed magic in front of a Muggle—probably Tom Riddle. Albus Dumbledore collected that memory of Ogden's not long before the man died, and later showed it to Harry Potter (HBP10).
