Character:Billy Stubbs

Billy Stubbs is a child who grew up in the same orphanage as Tom Marvolo Riddle. He and Tom argued once, and the following day Billy's rabbit was found hanging from the rafters. Mrs. Cole suspected Tom was involved, but he denied this, and she did not know how he could have climbed that high to place the rabbit there.

When Albus Dumbledore visited the orphanage, Mrs. Cole was ordering someone to take iodine upstairs to Martha, for Billy Stubbs was picking his scabs (HBP13).
