Belvina Burke, née Black, (1886-1962) was the middle daughter of Phineas Nigellus Black and Ursula Flint. She had four brothers: Sirius, Phineas, Cygnus, and Arcturus. She married Herbert Burke and they had two sons and one daughter whose names are unknown (BFT).
