Character:Baruffio

Baruffio is a wizard who, according to Professor Flitwick, mispronounced an incantation (said an "s" instead of an "f") and ended up on the floor with a buffalo on his chest (PS10).

It is highly likely he is (or is related to) the wizard who developed Baruffio's Brain Elixir (OP31).
