Arcturus Black (1884-1959) was a member of the pure-blood Black family. He was the son of Phineas Nigellus and Ursula Black (née Flint), and had four siblings: Sirius, Phineas, Cygnus, and Belvina. He married Lysandra Yaxley, with whom he had three daughters: Callidora, Cedrella and Charis (BFT).
