Archie is a wizard who attended the 1994 Quidditch World Cup. He gave Ministry workers some trouble, for he insisted on wearing a feminine nightgown; he claimed to prefer a "healthy breeze" around his privates, eschewing Muggle conventions of trousers (GF7).
