Agnes is a witch who resides in the Janus Thickey Ward at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. She suffered permanent spell damage: her head is entirely covered in fur. Agnes received a small pile of Christmas presents in 1995. When Miriam Strout, the Healer in charge of the ward, told her that her son had sent an owl saying that he would visit the hospital that night, Agnes barked loudly in response (OP23).
