Bagman and Crouch is the seventh chapter of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

The arrival

Harry disentangles himself from Ron and stands up. They are in what appears to be a misty moor. Two wizards inexpertly dressed as Muggles are in front of them, both tired and grumpy-looking: one of them is wearing a tweed suit and thigh-length galoshes and held a large gold watch; the other sports a kilt and a poncho, and has a thick roll of parchment and a quill on his hands.

Arthur hands the boot to the kilted wizard, whose name is Basil, and the man throws it on a box full of used Portkeys, such as an old newspaper, a drinks can and a punctured football. Basil says a big party is coming from the Black Forest at five-fifteen, and directs the Weasleys to the first campsite a quarter of a mile from there, under the management of Mr. Roberts. The Diggories are located in the second campsite, where they should look for Mr. Payne.
