Number ten, Downing Street is the location of the home and offices of the British Prime Minister. It is compulsory that the Muggle Prime Minister and the Minister for Magic are in contact; for this reason, there is a painting affixed to the wall with a Permanent Sticking Charm in the Prime Minister's office (HBP1).
