'Er-my-knee

'Er-my-knee or Er-my-nee is a nickname for Hermione Granger. This is how Ron Weasley pronounces her name when he is speaking with a full mouth or asleep.

Ron first uses this name when he is talking with a full mouth during the start-of-term feast during the Trio's fourth year at Hogwarts (GF12). When he lies unconcious in the hospital wing after drinking poisoned mead, he suddenly croaks "Er-my-nee" before he resumes snoring (HBP19). Ron also uses this pronunciation when eating bread and eggs while camping with Harry and Hermione in Wales (DH15).
